An agreement between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Hung Thinh Incons concluded

The agreement signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and Hung Thinh Incons took place at Hung Thinh Incons headquarter (53 Tran Quoc Thao, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) in the morning of 22 December 2018.

As an important event, it has marked comprehensive collaborations in a variety of fields, especially in human resource training, research and development in new materials and technology transfers.

At the ceremony, HCMUT Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Phong noted that “the ceremony has marked an important milestone bringing about incalculable values for both. It has motivated us to further enhance training quality with the aim of producing qualified experts who have more empirical experiences and are keen on engineering and latest technologies making great contribution to the development of corporation as well as the society welfares in general.” 

Sharing the same view, Chairman of Hung Thinh Incons Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung stated “as one of the leading interdisciplinary school, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology has produced and provided highly qualified human resources for leading enterprises nationwide so far. From the employer’s viewpoint, I am always impressed with and appreciate this contribution. Given the collaborations, we expect that students from the school will have more opportunities to do placement at Hung Thinh Incons, where students are provided effective internship environment, trained and given supports for practical interactions together with working experience. We believe that given the obtained knowledge, the graduates find easier to join either Hung Thinh Incons or other corporates with similar expertise across the nation.”

Given the mutual cooperation, co-research upon mutual interests being conducted

Given the mutual cooperation, both will carry out co-research upon mutual interests with the aim of improving product quality, productivity, boosting applications of latest technologies and cutting-edge equipment in construction engineering by Hung Thinh Incons. Also, both can share expertise and empirical knowledge with each other.

Importantly, Hung Thinh Incons will create favorable conditions for HCMUT students to do internship being trained in working skills at work given construction sites by Hung Thinh Incons.  Equally important, followed up the agreement signing Hung Thinh Incons offered 500 million VND to HCMUT as an investment in utilities for students at auditorium areas. 

Last but not least, in the afternoon on the same day, some HCMUT lecturers gave lectures in latest technologies and applications as well as knowledge in innovative business models to staff, managers and leadership of Hung Thinh Incons.
